From having control of the seas to also being the lord of the skies. A strange and absolutely funny parable for Aquaman or, better said, for Jason Momoa. In fact, in recent days, a video starring the actor has gone viral, to the point that the public has started calling him Aquaman.

All this happened on a scheduled flight of the Hawaiian Airlines company, on which the actor improvised himself as a steward and began distributing bottles of Mananalu water, an eco-sustainable brand created by Jason Momoa himself, to passengers. he all wearing a gray and black suit and a pink flower as a clip in her hair.

The video ended up on TikTok and the user who posted it renamed the actor Aquaman, playing on the similarity of the Spanish word agua to the original Aquaman, a character played by Momoa in the DC Comics films.

As explained by the actor himself, it was obviously a promotional campaign for both the airline and "its" water, with the important message in the background of trying to remove disposable plastic from the market as soon as possible. On his Instagram, Momoa revealed the backstage of the whole and explained the goals in detail:

Thank you Hawaiian Airlines for allowing my team and me to capture this special moment. It is a dream come true. The idea of creating Mananalu Water came to me while I was flying. I am grateful for the support from you and it is an honor for me that Hawaiian Airlines is the brand's first airline partner. Our goal is to stop the use of disposable plastic. "Drink one, remove one": for each bottle of Mananalu Water sold, we are able to remove a plastic bottle from the ocean. We have removed 3 million since the beginning of this year. Don't stop creating waves to save our beautiful planet. Aloha

The initiative of Jason Momoa, who then delivered the water in reusable aluminum bottles, contrasts with what has been highlighted by the media around the world in the last period: many, too many, celebrities use private jets to reach various locations, even organizing flights that last a few minutes.

An investigation highlighted the names of Taylor Swift, Kylie Jenner, and Travis Scott among the ten celebrities who, with this dynamic, emit more carbon dioxide into the atmosphere. Representatives of Taylor Swift denied and denied, explaining that the singer also hires her jet, thus arguing that she is not directly responsible for her.

Jason Momoa, for his part, has always shown that he is attentive to the environment and this umpteenth initiative only confirms everything.
