Lucasfilm presents the new adventure of Ahsoka Tano, the beloved padawan of Anakin Skywalker played by Rosario Dawson!

The highly anticipated Ahsoka series finally shows itself in the first official trailer, unveiled during Star Wars Celebration 2023, which is taking place this weekend. With this first official look at the live-action series, Lucasfilm presents the new adventure of Ahsoka Tano, Anakin Skywalker's beloved padawan played by Rosario Dawson. The Disney+ series created by Dave Filoni sees the return of Rosario Dawson as Ahsoka, an exiled Jedi who was once the apprentice of Anakin, before the latter succumbed to the dark side of the Force, becoming Dark Vader. The show will stream in August, although we don't currently have a more precise date.
Introduced as Anakin Skywalker's padawan in Star Wars: The Clone Wars, Ahsoka's popularity with fans - both old and new - has ensured her a place in the franchise's biggest lode. She was then a recurring character in Star Wars Rebels, before crossing paths with Din Djarin (Pedro Pascal) in The Mandalorian. Audiences last saw Ahsoka opposite Luke Skywalker in The Book of Boba Fett, where she helped train young Grogu. On stage at the Star Wars Celebration, the actress told fans in attendance: “I am amazed. We have some big surprises for you all, but today is extra special because I'm excited to finally see some footage! If not today, when!"
