Domin D'Silva is directing the film 'Regina' in which Sunaina is playing the title role. Satish Nair is producing under Yellow Bear Productions banner. It is understood from the teaser that it is an action thriller revolving around a bank robbery that turns the life of a young woman.
There are many variations in the role of Regina played by Sunayana. There are some scenes where you feel like she is having a relationship with a lot of guys. 'Regina' is Sunaina's first female-centric movie. It also stars Vivek Prasanna, Nivas Adhithan, Ritu Mantra, Ananth Nag, Dhina, Gajraj, Bava Chelladurai, Appani Sarath, Ranjan, Pashupathira and Gnanavel among others. Satish Nair composed the background score and Pavi K Pawan handled the cinematography. Toby John is doing the editing work.
Sunaina recently spoke about 'Regina'... "It's a revenge thriller. I play a very simple woman in an unusual situation. This film is about what she can do to the best of her ability. I think many people will relate to this film." The makers are yet to announce the release date of the film, which is currently in the final stages of post-production. The makers are preparing to release it in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Hindi soon.
