Often it happens...we trust someone blindly and he betrays us. We give another chance to that person for the sake of our family. Once again keeping your feelings aside, give him a chance. But, he cheats on us one more time by taking advantage of our goodness... That's all Kajol's new web series 'The Trial-Pyaar Kanoon Dhoka'.

The Trial Web Series Review:

The story goes that Judge Rajeev Sengupta (Jisshu Sengupta), husband of top-level lawyer Noyonika Sengupta (Kajol), is accused of taking sexual favors as a bribe. All his property gets confiscated. In such a situation, the housewife Nayonika Sengupta and her two daughters - Ananya and Anayara come on the road.

Noyonika frantically searches for a new home and once again takes up the lawyer's chair to pay for her children's fees. After being cheated by her husband, Noyonika starts working as a junior lawyer in her friend's firm. Noyonika has to face a lot of taunts, rejections, and comments during this period.

But, the twist in the tale comes when her husband Rajeev Sengupta's lawyer himself gets sold. Now the question arises will Noyonika be able to save her husband from the long arms of legal? You will have to watch the eight-episode series to know this. However, before taking out seven to eight hours for the series, you must read the good and bad things of the series.

The Trial Web Series Analysis:

The subject of the web series 'The Trial' is very good. The casting of Kajol in the character of Noyonika Sengupta was also quite right. It must be said that he did full justice to his character. However, the story got delayed. As such, the whole story was revolving around the court. But, the courtroom drama itself was not shown well in the story.

Neither the suspense was visible nor Kajol's emotions were visible. The main reason for this could also be the dialogues given to Kajol. Actually, Kajol's dialogues were not that strong. More powerful dialogues than Kajol were given to Kubbra Sait. Maximum screen time was given to Kajol but Kubbra Sait's character left the maximum impact due to the dialogues.

There was one more drawback. The story behind each character was not shown in this series of eight episodes. Who is helping Kajol's husband Rajeev Sengupta at every step in the web series? Why was he helping Rajiv so much? What is the connection between the two? All this was not shown. Didn't even understand what is the history of the character played by Kubbra Sait? In some places, even the creative use of the camera was not understood.

A scene comes in the web series. In this scene, Nayonika is talking to her husband Rajeev. When Kajol is talking, her face is shown on the left side of the screen and when Rajeev is talking, his face is shown on the right side. The rest of the screen is blank. I don't understand why the cinematographer did this. Well, cinema is another name for the experiment, so we welcome his experiment.

Now the question arises whether one should take out eight hours to watch this web series or not? If you too have been cheated in your life and have been cheated repeatedly not once, then you must watch this series. You will be able to connect to it. Maybe it will give you courage or strength to fight. If you like to watch intense courtroom dramas like 'Criminal Justice' or 'Jolly LLB' then this web series is not for you. Because it will disappoint you in the end. By the way, soon the second season of this web series will also come which will answer many of our questions.
