Earlier there were reports that Akshay is going to be seen as Shiva in this sequel. But now in the trailer, Akshay is going to be seen as 'God's messenger' sent by Lord Shiva. Recently, the Censor Board faced many criticisms in the case of Adipurush and Oppenheimer.
Due to this, about 27 scenes have been cut by taking many precautions in this movie. In this sequence, it is known that Akshay also objected to appearing as Shiva. That is why the role of Lord Shiva has been changed to that of Lord Shiva. Moreover, it is noteworthy that this movie has been given an 'A' certificate. Ek Devdev's movie getting an A certificate like this creates some opposition to the movie.
