Keeda Cola Movie Review: Tarun Bhaskar has gained a good craze among the youth with movies like Pelli Ghoslu, and Ee Nagariki Emelai. At a time when everyone was waiting to see what kind of film would come from him, that's why this time he not only opened the film Keeda Kola but also acted and directed it, this time he made a new experiment.
With Rana acting as the presenter, Brahmanandam acted in a key role in this movie, and expectations were created among all. And to that extent did this kida cola please? Let's see in the movie review how far it has met those expectations.
Keedaa Cola Movie Story:
Vastu (Chaitanya Rao) who suffers from a stuttering disease, grandfather Varadaraj (Brahmanandam) has to pay one crore rupees unexpectedly. Vastu's friend Kaushik (Rag Mayur), a lawyer nicknamed Lancham, is on the job of earning that crore when a cockroach appears in the cool drink Keeda Cola bought for his grandfather. They show it filed a case in the consumer form and threatened the owner to extract 5 crores.
But actually, they are not related to the ward member Jeevan (Jeevan) with the hope of becoming a corporator with his elder brother Bhakta Naidu (Tarun Bhaskar) who came out after spending 20 years in jail. Jeevan needs money to become a corporator, so he puts a cockroach in the bottle of the cola company where Naidu works for that money.
They want to show that cockroach and get money, and then the bottle goes to Vastu and Co. In this sequence, Naidu and Co chase Vastu and Co for the bottle. On the other hand, the Keeda Cola CEO (Ravindra Vijay) also brings in his manager Shorts (Roadies Raghu). Has anyone else had success with their efforts? Earn money? Why did Vastu Gang and Jeevan Gang join hands? Are their financial needs met? If you want to know such things, you have to watch the movie on the big screen.
Keeda Cola Movie Analysis:
It is not a new story but a wonderful story. It doesn't even feel like a routine movie. Tarun Bhaskar tried to create fun by writing this movie with a very short line and revolving around it. In fact, any other director would have turned this story into a routine crime comedy, but Tarun Bhaskar did not take that chance.
He tried to tell the same story anew and succeeded to a large extent. In fact, Tarun Bhaskar started his trademark comedy right from the opening scene and made sure that it didn't stop till the last scene. But since it is a short film, it feels like the first half is just over, because if a few punches are missed here and there in this first half, it doesn't feel very exciting.
In the second half, Tarun Bhaskar made the film run with a crime comedy without stopping for a minute. Especially the scenes where the remix songs come, he has written to make people burst into laughter. Bhale weaved a story with a simple line that he filed a case in the consumer court that there was a cockroach in the cool drink.
Although this line is straightforward, Tarun Bhaskar impresses with his screenplay and his trademark comedy. In fact, it is very difficult to laugh now when programs like Jabardasth release tens of jokes to the masses, but Tarun has done his best and impressed... But this is a comedy that connects only to the youth. That seems to be a minus, but overall, they tried to make people laugh without going into vulgarity. The highlight of the whole movie is the gang uproar that comes in the name of sharpshooters.
Keedaa Cola Movie Actors Performance:
Brahmanandam, who has acted in many roles in more than 1000 films till now, impressed in his own style with a character called Varadaraju in this movie. Chaitanya Rao Vastu was suffering from an ailment and gave a performance.
Rag Mayur as Lancham alias Kaushik, Ravindra Vijay as CEO, and Roadies Raghuram as Shots did full justice to their roles. With this movie, Tarun Bhaskar has taken another step as an actor. Jeevan Kumar, Vishnu Oi, Getup Srinu, and Muralidhar Gowd all acted impressively.
There is no doubt that all the actors in this movie will be well known. When it comes to the technical team, the music has taken this movie to another level. The background score elevates the scenes and the songs used instead of shoes are the highlight. And Aaron's cinematography was super. Editing by Upendra Verma is very crispy. Fun and satirical comedy are the main elements of this movie, with many scenes of comedy, the movie feels like a workout.
Finally: If you go without any expectations, you can have a comedy meal like Full Meals. But today's jokes may not connect to everyone but Keeda Kola is an out-and-out comedy entertainer.
