How is the movie Pattudala, which was released on Thursday?

Vidaamuyarchi Movie Analysis:
Fans think that Ajith's movies are full of big fights, stylish chases, and thrilling elements. This is a solid commercial action thriller movie made with the elements that fans want to see from Ajith.
The director did not work hard for the story of Vidaamuyarchi. This is the story of a husband who solves the mystery behind his wife's disappearance. The director tried to tell a new story with this simple point in the screenplay. This movie has scenes that make the audience feel excited and wonder if they can write like this.
The movie starts with Arjun and Kayal's relationship, which ends romantically. Their introduction, love, and marriage are shown differently from regular love stories. The real story begins with Kayal missing. From there, he brings each new character on screen, creating curiosity in the audience about what will happen next.
He perfectly plays out the fight between Ajith and Arjun with a mind game. The clever tricks that someone else plays on someone else, Arjun's flashback episode, were the highlight of the second half. He kept the movie exciting till the end, revealing each twist just when the audience felt that the movie was slowing down.
Generally, such action thriller movies need to be paced with a racy screenplay. Even when the audience is looking for flaws in the story, it should be fast-paced without giving the audience time to find them. Such speed is missing in this movie. Most of the twists are predictable. The point is new but the way it is paced feels routine.
Pattudala Movie Actors Performance:
Ajith got a chance to show variations in acting in Pattudala compared to his previous films. The way Ajith portrayed the character by giving more importance to emotions than action is good. He is impressed by the scenes where his wife is separated and he yearns for her love. He was explosive in the action scenes.
Trisha was impressed with the romantic scenes. Arjun's role was a match for Ajith. He brought the character to life with his experience. Regina did justice to the key role. Although Anirudh's songs are melodious, the BGM is the film's plus point. The scenes shot in the Azerbaijan desert are new.
