Robinhood Movie Review: The latest film being made under the direction of Venky Kudumala, starring Nithiin as the hero, is Robin Hood. Since the two have worked together after a hit film like Bheeshma in the past, there are expectations for the film. Accordingly, Sri Leela is playing the heroine in the film and the promotions have been done in a range, which has created expectations among the audience. Let's see how this film is and how much it has impressed the audience in the review.

Robinhood Movie Story:

Ram (Nithiin) is an orphan. He grows up in an orphanage run by Shubhelekha Sudhakar. He struggles to get donations to the orphanage or even feed the children, so he starts stealing. He follows the Robin Hood principle of killing the elders and giving them to the poor and commits big thefts under the nickname Robin Hood.

Victor (Shine Chan Taco) enters the field to trace the thefts and arrest Robin Hood. Janardhan joins a security agency run by Sunni Penta alias John Snow (Rajender Prasad), who realizes that theft is not right. On the day he joins, he takes a contract for a trip to India's pharma company's daughter, Neera Vasudev (Sri Leela), who has settled in Australia.

Believing that it is India's number one security agency, she is taken to an agency called Rudrakonda. After going there, she gets caught in the trap of Sami (Devadatta Nage). Did Robin Hood and his team save Neera from their clutches? Why was Neera brought to Rudrakonda in the first place? What happened in the end? This is the story of this film.

Robinhood Movie Analysis:

The story of this film cannot be said to be new. Because many films have been made in the past with a similar line. We have seen some films in the past where a boy grows up in an orphanage and becomes a thief after seeing the suffering of the people there, and then commits a series of thefts and escapes from the police in the meantime.

This movie also follows almost the same line. However, for a short while after the first movie, they show why the hero became a thief to justify the title of the movie, Robin Hood. Later, when Neera Vasudev makes her entry, the movie starts running with comedy.

In particular, the comedy scenes between Rajendra Prasad and Nithin Vennela Kishore impress the audience immensely. After the second half starts with an uninteresting interval bang, the movie feels dull. The fact that it is easy to remember what is going to happen next is a bit of a minus for this movie.

However, before you feel that way, the director has written many unexpected twists in the movie. The comedy in the second half feels a bit cringy, but he has written it in a way that makes you laugh. The director has succeeded in writing some scenes in the second half that do not meet the expectations of the audience.

Although the director Venki Kudumula tried to drive the cart with comedy, he succeeded to some extent, but the second half feels a bit boring. The rest of the film, including the action secrets, is in the second part, so the comedy is missed in the second part. Overall, although there is nothing new in the story, some twists written along with the comedy work out well, making the audience laugh and think.

Actors Performance:

Nithin, as always, shined in his Robin Hood-type role, which is a brain game that suits him. Even though it seems routine, he is impressive in several scenes in the second half. Although the role of Sri Leela was limited, she was impressive in some scenes with her beauty. The role of Dev Dutta was scary but made her smile in the end.

It is noteworthy that the audience, who expected such a powerful villain to do something else, was disappointed and sent to prison. However, even if David Warner appeared for a very short time, his screen presence was such that whistles were blown in the theaters.

Now, people like Shubhalekha Sudhakar, Lal, Vennela Kishore, and Rajendra Prasad did full justice to their roles. The rest of the actors acted within their limits. When it comes to the technical team in this film, the first thing to talk about is music director G.V. Prakash Kumar.

Because the songs given by Manodu took the film well to the audience, the background score did not fall short either. The cinematography also took the film to the next level. The team took care of the step in the surprise song Adida. The camera zoomed in on that step and cut the surprise. The action sequences are stylish. The dialogues are trendy and captivating to the audience.
